Favorite Animation
This video is one of my favorite animations!
The reason I like "Meet the Engineer" is because of the build up, or progression. This quiet man playing guitar with the reveal he's a mercenary- it works very well to both humor and intrigue.
The timing of information helps this greatly- how he talks and rambles and only eventually gets to the point, and the hard last line- "not pointed at you" in conjunction with the lack of music makes it clear you don't want to mess with this man.
